Chairman Joseph Munda Bindi has paid a courtesy call on the Minister and the Deputy Minister of Information and Civic Education.
During the meeting the Minister highlighted that he was pleased since the President appointed Mr. Bindi as the new chairman of NaCCED.
Minister Chernor Bah pointed out that his ministry has plans to deliver government’s agenda to the people and that this will only be achieved through partners such as NaCCED as an implementing agency.
NaCCED Act such as other acts he also mentioned will be up for review and therefore it is important that both institutions should work collaboratively in order to effect changes that will enhance NaCCED to effectively deliver on its mandate.
Chairman Bindi said his goal together with his team is to work effectively with the ministry as best as possible to ensure that Civic Education is taken to higher heights.
The New Chairman of the National Council for Civic Education and Democracy offered his unwavering commitment to work in the best interest of the country and to meet the expectations of His Excellency, President Rtd Brigadier Dr Julius Maada Bio.
